About the Author
David Anderson is the
Paul G. Blazer Associate Professor of Economics at Centre
College. He received his bachelor's degree in
economics from the University of Michigan and his master's
and doctoral degrees in economics from Duke University. Prof. Anderson has published
articles on the valuation of environmental assets, natural
resource dispute resolution, and the determinants of
municipal solid waste, among other topics. For
recreation, the author enjoys running marathons and hiking
with his wife and two children.
